Sprint Wireless is working on is taking custody of a number Radio Shack locations and eventually they will be re-branded into Sprint stores.
Sprint has come to TROC (The Retail Outsource Company) and asked us to do what we do best, establish and maintain a field sales force in each of the SWAS locations.
We are seeking qualified professionals with Wireless Industry experience seeking a career to join our team.
Job Description
The Wireless Sales Consultant will be assigned to work in Radio Shack stores selling wireless plans. There will be 1 3 Wireless Sales Consultants per location. The Wireless Sales Consultants will be compensated by the hour and will also be eligible for additional earnings via a commission plan. Part Time Wireless Sales Associates will work 20-30 hours per week. The Wireless Sales Consultants will be responsible for cash handling and will be trained on and use the Sprint in store Point of Sale Technology.
6 months of wireless sales background
Willingness to approach customers to sell wireless services and accessories.
Ability to work a flexible retail based work schedule
Willingness to work in more than one location in closely clustered markets.
Ability to pass a criminal background
$10.75 hr plus unlimited commission
