About the position
We offer a commission and residual pay structure. In other words, you write your own checks. No caps on commissions/residuals, with generous percentages. Don't forget to ask about some of our bonus and incentive programs! Vested Representatives who have put in the time, dedication, and who have hit a certain amount of profits for the company, will continue to receive residuals. Even if you retire or move up/on. Managerial positions are always opening up to those representatives who show they have leadership potential. You must be a self starter if you want to motivate others as well!
Each representative has the option to receive pre-set appointments from our phenomenal marketing team.
We will provide four to six pre-set appointments. Every day, Monday through Friday! All appointments are set with the owner, double confirmed and mapped out. Ensuring punctual appointments, and business owners that are genuinely interested in our services when you arrive. You will receive full managerial support with every appointment.
For every pre-set appointment you sign, you will receive: 25% in weekly commissions & monthly residuals.
Residuals are based off of the total profit we receive from that business every month. You retain those residuals until the customers contract has ended. No set-up, reprogramming, IT, or Customer service required. Although we do encourage customer relations.
If receiving our pre-set appointments you need to be able to travel 2+ weeks a month
Self Generated appointments:
These are appointments you have made on your own free time. We are able to do a mix self-generated and pre-set leads if you would like. If you are making all of your own appointments we do not have travel requirements and will still provide you and your clientele with the same upstanding support, products and services. You will receive 50% in weekly commissions for all self-generated appointments you close. You will get 50% in monthly residuals as well!

1 year Business to Business Sales experience preferred. Certain retail is okay: Wireless Telephone Sales, Auto Sales, Direct Sales Experience. Banking, Mortgage/Loans…
If receiving our pre-set appointments you need to be able to travel 2+ weeks a month (IN STATE, hotel costs are pre-paid)
