I am looking for someone to sublease a bedroom in a three-bedroom three-bathroom apartment at The Reserve Apartments. The apartment is fully furnished. You will have your own spacious bedroom and bathroom, as well as one other roommate (male). The rent is $389 per month, and it is $300 to transfer the lease. I will pay $150 of the transfer. The room will be available May 15th-July 31st.Water, internet, and cable are free. You only have to pay electricity, which will be split with the other roommate.
