Needing someone to take over my lease beginning May 20, xxxx on a 1br/1ba in a 4bd/2ba. Lease runs until July 31, xxxx! You will be responsible for June and July rent of $309 each month plus your electric portion of appx. $40 those months. Remaining May rent is paid! You will have your own bedroom room with an adjoining bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer and dryer in the apartment. Free Internet and cable provided. The other three roommates are female. The Reserve has a sublease/transfer fee which I will pay for half of if you will pay for the other half. *Note there is also a $35 application fee.
