Hi! I am moving out before the lease date finishes and my two really great male roommates need an extra person for June and July. Since I am still responsible for the payment I am going to pay the 2 week rent of the May or June depending on the time you want to move in. So you can safe $179! Your bedroom will be the largest room in the house that is accommodated with queen size bed, large desk, a dresser, a bookcase and two walk-in closets.There is also a washer and dryer. Rent for the second month would be $358/month. The house is located just off campus area that requires 15 min. walk to campus. Neighborhood is very nice. The house is very nice and clean and you wouldn't be disappointed at all. This is a great opportunity for summer interns and or summer students.
