Two of our roommates are moving out and we need two more people to replace them. We are both K State students and we would prefer living with other students in a clean and quiet house. We also have no preference on gender. Rent is $360 per month and then like $50-$70 dollars are added to pay for utilities, which fluctuates every month. It is possible that you could move in as early as July rent free since our previous roommates are still rent until their lease is up, and they will already be moved out.
