Job Description - Salina, KS---Central Mall, xxxx9 Job Title:Custom Dec Fancy Treatment Maker The primary purpose of this position is to provide skilled support in the fabrication of custom draperies, window treatments, and related decorator items. The activities involved are: constructing products, assists in the fabrication of products, operating various machinery, inspecting merchandise received, and meeting the standards for quality and quantity of work produced. This associates is required to proficiently perform six to eight of the following functions: cutting, serging, blind-stitch, pleat marking, cornice making, straight needle, bonis, tabling, covering boards, deco valance making, swagmaster, pleating, fan-folding, shade making and trimming and banding. Associate is accountable for quality and quantity of work generated and must follow the established quality procedures. Ability to understand and follow definite, simple instructions, verbally and/or orally and demonstrate proficiency and maintain the minimum required productivity assigned to the function.
