Processes applications. Distributes and responds to questions regarding benefits forms. Schedules interviews Computes wages and records payroll information Complies data from personnel records and prepares reports/letters. May examine employee files to answer inquiries Provides information to authorized personnel. May preform payroll related functions.Typical Knowledge and Skills: Applies basic skills and may develop more advanced skills using equipment appropriate for the position. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments functions. Ability to effectively communicate information in a manner easily understood by fellow employees.Typical Requirements: Education or Equivalent Experience: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
